Thanks, Doc for further clarifying the current state of the biomarkers, particularly the difference between the CSF and Serum test. It's very educational for me.

I had previously concluded via a different path that there was a near 0% chance Anavex would be able to submit an NDA or AA as it is currently constructed. Since only ADCS-ADL was not statistically significant among the 3 measures, I had hoped one of the predefined subgroup analyses could show SS. But it looks like neither 50mg nor the genetic subgroup was able to...
