I don't agree that escrows get paid this month, unless LIBOR settles. That is the key, believe it or not. How much we get in that settlement is unclear. BP seems to agree $80B is ours. I doubt that, though of course I'd take it! My guess is much less than that due to the corruption we are up against with the FDIC. But that opens the door to the big money. The hedgies are waiting with us. Don't for a minute think they aren't expecting something big or there wouldve been lawsuits LONG AGO. And why oh why did the UWs send lawyers to her hearing? Anyone who disagrees with payments forthcoming to escrows have an answer to this UW event? Haha. Thought not!
