I thought it was so obvious that I didn't need to explain it to you, but for those that need it, here's the explanation

The average Israeli works 5 1/2 days per week, Sunday through Thursday plus a half day on Friday for most. The normal workweek is 45 hours. By law, they begin paying overtime after 46 hours. They take 3 weeks holidays a year.

Zion Oil, falsely claiming they are going to do the Jew thing, do this. They work 4 days per week. The normal workweek for them is 32 hours per week. They take 6 weeks holidays per year.

So, compare a 45 hour work week to a 32 hour work week, 3 weeks holidays to 6 weeks holidays, 6 day work per week to 4 days work per week.

Obviously, these Texas boys are taking advantage of anyone who thinks Zion Oil is doing the honest and Godly thing here by taking off Jewish Holidays, Christian Holidays, Christian Sabbaths, Jewish Sabbaths, and Fridays (the entire day, not just a half day). And that is why "people" are raising the issue.

No one is complaining about the Jewish work ethic, that's crazy.
They are complaining about the work ethic of Zion Oil, and how they lie to justify it.
