Oh my gosh, you do love to rant and rave.... and your posts are starting to look like those of the whale... so many capital letters!

As a matter of fact, I do have an Engineering degree, you a$$
And, funny you would mention it... I do happen to have a friend who understands the underlying technology way better than I do.
It was his evaluation, that led to me jumping in with both feet to invest in this stock before the patents were even approved.
This was all just PART of my DD.

So... I go back to my previous points.... based on REAL DD.
The patents are VALID, extremely USEFUL (foundational technology), and tremendously VALUABLE.

Now I wait while our very competent team of engineers, lawyers and negotiators bring this deal to its fruition in WACO, with Judge Albright, a judge we know we can count on to be fair and to move things along with minimal delays. I'm liking what I'm seeing as far so far. The escape routes are being closed off.

And I am SO grateful for Emil and his determination to see this thing thru, and to REJECT the early offer of Gil Amelio for my sake and that of all the other shareholders, as well as for Barbara who funded a great deal of this venture.

I look forward to meeting all of them one day... hopefully around Christmas!

Unless you were an engineer who specialized in voip telephony and computer tech, and had an advanced knowledge of code writing and applied that to at least all of the vplm core patents AND every single patent in question that's in litigation AND had exclusive access to all of that AND the time to thoroughly go thru it all and make the comparisons to prove infringement...... then you're nothing more than a belieber. Or if you had a close friend with all those attributes who felt you deserved to know what he knows.......then you have nothing to go on EXCEPT the party line so to speak, that is generated by the party AND NOT ANY SORT OF TRUE OBJECTIVE KNOWLEDGE AND COMPARISON SCHEMATIC LAID OUT FOR YOU.
