Class action lawsuits

For a class action lawsuit, one must prove that numerous people sustained harm in a similar way or suffered financial losses at the hands of another party for a court to certify a class action lawsuit. The Private Securities Act of 1995 provides that the most adequate Lead Plaintiff for the Class Action is the person or group of persons who, in the determination of the court, has the largest financial interest in the relief sought by the class, which won't be someone who has purchase stock on the open market.

Now consider the mere 5-million or so shares in the OS, and then consider the 5% Beneficial Owners of DTII. Who has the largest financial interest in the relief sought by the class? This group of people, who most likely wouldn't join the class, so the case would be thrown out IMHO:

Let's see. DTII sub. PSSI just announced sales of how many units? I would think ( down the road of course) there will be many more sales, which in turn will attract more day-traders and real investors, which in turn will raise DTII stock price even higher. LMAOROLF!
