Just got informed

that a shareholder is contemplating about a filing a lawsuit against DTII.

LMAO! Perhaps that DTII "shareholder" should learn about the Business Judgement Rule among other things in corporate law, which protects companies from frivolous lawsuits by shareholders by assuming that corporate management is acting in the interests of the corporation and its stakeholders, unless proven otherwise. The rule assumes that managers will not make optimal decisions all the time. Unless it's clear that directors have violated the law or acted against the interests of the firm and its stakeholders, courts will not question corporate manager's decisions.
