If there was actual "evidence" don't you think he'd be in jail by now? They're smarter and more careful than what Cramer was in the 90s. AF hides behind a "journalist" label, that provides him protection.

It's why companies sue HFs for spoofing their stocks, instead of collusion, because spoofing is easier to trace... collusion is not.
There's plenty of existing lawsuits you can look up. SAVA and NWBO to name a couple. AF has provided timely, pre-written, nonsense hit pieces on NWBO, much as he's done to AVXL.. as cover for orchestrated selling/shorting.

Do you really think all these FUDsters are random individuals who camp out here every day for our benefit? They're paid to be here by the HFs.
