Relax maniaca my new Ihub friend. I know about the new Ihub posting rules. And I know of a an older Oct rule that stocks can only trade as a shell for a certain period of time before going to the expert market, is that what you are referring to? If it is, that shouldn't be an issue - aren't you guessing major delution, well notice, huge r/S, or sec suspension, way before that shell deadline?
