A LPI shareholder would have to be a complete idiot to believe this company is going to start any construction in Chile during the next 4 months and for you to criticize sarcastic Rendog9 https://hotcopper.com.au/threads/general-lpi-discussion.7277047/page-321?get_post=true&direction=previous for pointing out the obvious lie we have been "fed" by management is indeed the definition of stupid. As of last Saturday I did not see one single surveyor on site laying out any stakes/grades, not one single port-o-let for construction workers, not one piece of earth-moving equipment, not one single roll of brine pond water-containing plastic liner "in reserve" which surely would have arrived by now since there is no way you (ie a bladed grader) can open up the "dusty" land without guaranteeing to the State that you would be ready to hermetically "seal" it back off within the 30-day grace period. Additionally, I see no temporary housing for construction workers nor do I see any elevated potable water storage tanks erected onsite for increased construction crews... there is nothing (ie no new "hardware") on site to indicate any construction is starting this year. Management is just blowing smoke up ourass again. And you are the gullible stupido again, not Rendog9.
