Thanks Miami, but it’s not about posting “good posts”, or us vs them, I simply call it as I see it and that’s been fluid depending on the circumstances. BIEL is not all good nor all bad. Lots of grey.

BIEL is an attractive prospect for companies in the Pain Arena because of the NOPAIN Act and CMS insurance reimbursement. Not a given to happen, but should it happen, the effect would be upwardly incalculable. BIEL will not be had for a pittance if some company wants them. CMS insurance reimbursement would be massive, and all know it. They would have to battle it out for BIEL.

Conversely, I would have less invested in the company if not for those two upcoming events. Why? Because I’m not a big fan of silence is golden. To not “speak up” gives further credence to those whose goal is to “dampen” BIEL by highlighting all the major accomplishments against the persistent nil daily volume and PPS. And I think it’s effective for them. And detracting for potential investors.

Financials should be put out, good or lousy. Damned if you do and damned if you don’t. But if you don’t, you’re even more damned imo. Figure out how to do it, and follow up on stuff.

Lack of follow-up on things, with Synergy most recent example, wears on the patience of current investors and potentials. It’s only natural. The onus is ultimately on management, not a message board. Every action has a consequence, good or bad, like it or not.

Lastly, I admire the “truce” effort, but the reality is that the polar opposites will live on, and for many reasons for either side. And some reasons may be not so nice. Enough are observing behind the curtain.

All imo and all the best to you.
