Bull, I deeply appreciate your reply. Here is a brief story on courage

My Darling, Lynn, was in a family of thirteen children. Their father was an alcoholic North Dakota coal miner. The family lived through 2 ND winters, is an abandoned box car. The kids walked rr tracks looking for coal to heat the box car with.

The State took the youngest 7 kids , including Lynn, and put them in foster homes, She and I came together in 1985. In 1997 se had a near fatal stroke. She was in a coma for 4 days, in a wheel chair for 6 months, lost her swallow reflex for two months, was in the hospital for 50 days.

I was sitting beside her when she came out of the coma.

"What happened to me"?

" Darling, you've had a very serious stroke. They don't know yet, how you will be affected"

During my little speech, she had picked up my hand and was patting it. Her next words were

"That's OK. We're the team"

Her courage never flagged.
