If you mean nothing COUNTS until we get a monetary reward, you are ignorant of the process of a Patent Play.
I'm newer to this whole thing than even nytWIT was when she first started here, but even I know that's not how it works.

Winning 28 out of 28 battles in the PTAB... COUNTS
Winning all of our Claim Construction battles, even one that was lost initially and then WON during reconsideration... COUNTS
Winning an "agreement in principle" against AMAZON (freakin' AMAZON!!!!)... COUNTS
And many other WINS along this longgggg road of a patent play... COUNT

Those of us who get frustrated along the way, but who have PATIENCE to wait while this thing plays out, know that all of these wins COUNT and they are moving us closer and closer to the biggest WIN of all.

We've heard about court dates for years with no results. That is the undeniable truth. Results matter and VPLM has been a bust. The challenge stands. Get back to me when they get financial judgements that are in-line with the "billions and billions of ongoing infringements" that the CEO has spouted off about. Anything less is a complete bust. Prove me wrong. NO ONE has been able to do so.
