I never explicitly trust a biotech CEO and company statements for good reason. As you are no doubt aware there are countless examples of securities class action cases not least against biotech companies for omitting or misstating material facts.

That doesn’t mean Anavex are guilty of omitting or misstating fact, but as an experienced biotech investor I simplify don’t blindly buy into the TDG and WGT infallibility type thesis of investing.

There has got to be a reason why Anavex removed one and never showed another efficacy endpoint outcome measure of the P2b/3 AD trial. It is highly unusual and I don’t know why, so I for one choose to be sceptical and somewhat hopeful too - at least for the even longer term future of $AVXL.
