on getting new lithium projects approved for construction because there is an inherent systemic excessive governmental/bureaucratic delay in getting over a thousand permits approved by every bloodsucking opportunistic scamming carpetbagging grifter/pretend-indian/eco-terrorist/extortionist in Chile prior to any new lithium miner getting his final-step LCE export quota license (for lithium exploitation) https://www-ex--ante-cl.translate.goog/ministra-de-mineria-aurora-williams-e-industria-del-litio-para-dar-certezas-se-debe-apurar-toda-la-tramitacion-de-permisos/?_x_tr_sl=es&_x_tr_tl=en&_x_tr_hl=en-US&_x_tr_pto=wapp which also no longer has any realistic mechanical method to get the LCE "quota per project" even issued owing to over 30 years of disuse and corruption in the CChEN/SEA.

Dear Aurora Williams, if you would have had graduated with an actual civil/mining engineering degree instead of an underachiever's 90-day wonder industrial engineering degree (ie a non-specific "token"bullshit degree created just for women) then you would have figured this huge problem out 9 years ago when you were in Michele Bachelet 2's government. On top of this bureaucratic permitting nightmare created by leftists/commies we also have a bigger problem in that we patiently-waiting lithium explorers/miners still don't know which salt-flat properties are going to be declared Strategic and which properties are going to be declared Non-Strategic so no one is doing jackshit in Chile on lithium mining.
