Cook Time 35minutes minutes Total Time 35minutes minutes Yield 12 bars or 18 squares Ingredients 1/3 cup peanut butter or allergy friendly sub 3 cups mashed banana 1 cup milk of choice or water 1/4 cup pure maple syrup or honey or agave 2 tsp pure vanilla extract 3 cups rolled oats 1/2 cup cocoa powder or chocolate protein powder 1 tsp salt 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional) Instructions Preheat oven to 350 F. Line or grease a 9x13 inch pan. Whisk all ingredients in a large bowl to form a batter. Smooth into the pan, and bake for 35 minutes. Let cool, then serve hot or cold. If you can wait, the flavor is even richer the next day!
