Khaled, I didn't transition from TD Ameritrade but am a Schwab client. Unless you sign up for their paid lending program they don't openly lend your shares, but may still lend them covertly for those with a margin account according to experience and research by XenaLives at a different broker.

Let me know if you are able to access ThinkorSwim. I'm curious about the trading platform but haven't been able to find it yet on Schwab's site.
