It is far more abnormal for a company to repeatedly state that it met ALL endpoints in a trial when it did not and expose the company to massive lawsuits and financial disaster.



I would add that it is also abnormal for a company to "provide supporting statistics" when they have stated that they are being peer reviewed. If that is the case, then supporting statistics will be clear in or given after the peer review is completed. You simply do not taint a peer review, or undermine 3rd party confirmation, prior to publication. If you have met all endpoints, that is where you leave it.
