If you don't want to "rehash it again" then of course, don't. I think everything that you and investor2014 and some others write about not meeting endpoints is an emotional, not a logical position. The company knows if it met endpoints - it actually hired the head of FDA biostatistics and reiterated that it met all its endpoints subsequently. There is no gray area except in this odd emotional space that many here occupy. More information will be known soon and hopefully that will provide the emotional and intellectual resolution needed.
