So, TSLA is being investigated for multiple alleged misdeeds. The investigation mentioned in #msg-172723727 looks like a case of a weak and sycophantic BoD rather than criminal behavior. Still, it wouldn’t be surprising (IMO) if the DOJ SDNY were to consolidate various TSLA investigations into one.
