Come on man. Lets tighten it up a little. Give the full truth, not partial. Don't stoop as low as the people that want to see this fail or the "groups" that spread bs.

We know they have the "potential" to uplist WHEN the acquisitions close and the steps he laid out in the interview. And ST3 stated barely enough positive cash flow with the broadband acquisition, which tells me we really need both of those secured ahead of uplisting. (which I feel he will accomplish) Both companies have seen behind the curtain and clearly liked the view, just like Everett did and many others. Divy, GloGreen, Julisabar, etc...

Let's just spit it real. Currently they can't uplist.

Per ST3's own words, the timeline is this:

Philly and NY Roadshow with VuMe (This is where we currently are)
Achieve Funding/Investor (38 milly)
File S1 "to be able to uplist" - ST3'S words "This is to raise anywhere from 75-100milly"
Too be filed at the same time with FINRA and Nasdaq application
Comments back
Then answer comments
If SEC & Nas are satisfied with answers then (S1 becomes effective) and given a new symbol
Then able to uplist
