To anyone new here, do yourself a favor and do not indulge any of these ridiculous fantasy posts. They've been posted here for years. The reality is the pumpers here have completely wrecked anyone who followed them, with the stock now down 75% from a few years ago when Missling sold off a ton of shares.

Most likely there is no Rett approval, or even if there is it will be conditional. Missling will have botched something procedurally and they'll have to burn more cash running more trials, while other companies catch up and steal market share. Also Rett isn't a big market in the first place so an approval won't move the stock much. But realistically you won't have to worry about any of that because the company can't even release data much less fill out an fda application.
