Health and Human Service's review of Schedule 1 designation is over and they have recommended to the DEA that Marijuana should be designated a Schedule 3 drug. Both Bloombergs and Marijuana Moment are reporting that as the official HHS stance.

Volume of trading across the industry is up today.
