lj: When U can get close to 5 percent parking your money in a Government securities money market at a brokerage, why risk buying stocks when there are so many uncertainties. Oh, by the way, the Government budget chaos resumes in several weeks. The budget deadline is Sept. 30. The Trump supporters in Congress want to hold weasel Kevin McCarthy's feet to the fire.
They do not want a continuing resolution. They want Congress to address the budget NOW. I agree, If it is pushed into January, Republicans will give away the store. Why? 2024 is election year.
If the reckless spending continues, we are the next Argentina. It may be too late already.
