The only thing left in ENZC will Robustomed (until that's spun out too), the lawsuits, and 3-3.9B OS. ENZC will NOT own SAGA. Shareholders will have a % percentage ownership, but not ENZC. Once dividend is paid out, ENZC the company will own 0% of BGEN, VIRO, & SAGA.
