1) There is nothing puzzling about TSOI pps. It has horrible fundamentals, worse funding, intense dilution, incompetent/unprofessional management who have lied to shareholders many times over, no verified clinical trials in process...it is more surprising that it is as high as it is.
2) There is no naked shorting going on here. That's a foolish crutch peddled by conspiracist theorists and other wing nuts. TSOI pps, like most companies pps, is right where the market deems it should be.
3) Subsidiaries are lame shell game that is taking IP that TSOI investors funded for pennies on the dollar.
4) Dividends?? Hahahahahaha. Im still waiting on the initial letter that the 8K promised TSOI investors would receive MANY months ago. This hasn't piqued anything of substance. PPS is down substantially since that BS was trumpeted.
5) You lost your retirement here. Are you trying to lose your soul/reputation to boot????
