Just paying for a warehouse

This is demonstrably false: The Company has definitively stated that they aren't paying for anything (re: the new space) yet.

That said - and this is just me spitballing...I haven't been actively involved with this company for several years, and have no clue what they are thinking - I feel like the recent moves indicate a focus on maximizing the value of the IP, with a distinctly secondary focus on production. The SD facility is still important from a cash flow perspective, but the real value will be in developing the ABBIE technology to a point where it is marketable, or (more likely IMHO) a third party would want to license or acquire it (and most likely, acquire the entire entity).
