Rick Staelin, you say "please note we have not issued any new stock since Kelly and I took leadership after Andy’s death." That's a lie. On 1/25/2022 you issued 326,238,052 new shares to Patricia Whelan. We can all see that in the Disclosure Statements.

Andy died in 2019. You also issued over a billion new shares in 2020 and over 200 million new shares in 2021. But let's focus on the 326 million new shares you issued to Patricia Whelan as proof that you lied.

Not that "issuing new shares" or "meeting payroll every week" has anything to do with financial solvency anyway. But please don't lie to shareholders.
