Help us/me understand your biggest concern of "st3 rushing to do an RS?"
The one thing we all know about st3 is that NOTHING has been rushed! lol Even you can appreciate that. He has done quite a bit to forgo an RS. What leads you to believe this and make this claim?

If he secures both of the recent acquisitions, it's most likely because he has been approved for financing. He is just utilizing his Series E as collateral until announced is what I am seeing. He just proved their value & worth with these latest pr acquisitions announcements.

He also proved VuMe's worth as well. Everyone else that has peeked behind the curtain believes VuMe looks extremely promising by their actions.
