Opinion
We have audited the consolidated financial statements of Volt Carbon Technologies Inc. (formerly Saint Jean
Carbon Inc and its subsidiary, Solid Ultra Battery Ltd. (collectively, the “Company”), which comprise the
consolidated statements of financial position as at October 31, 2022 and 2021 and the consolidated statements of
operations and comprehensive loss, changes in shareholders’ equity and cash flows for the years then ended, and
notes to the consolidated financial statements, including a summary of significant accounting policies.
In our opinion, the accompanying consolidated financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the
financial position of the Company as at October 31, 2022 and 2021, and its financial performance and its cash flows
for the years then ended in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards.
