You say a lot of bs with little bits of truth sprinkled in. Almost like a politician and nobody likes them.

While the MOU is forward looking (similar to every acquisition tpt made) it helps when the said acquisition (Tekmovil) CEO states "the PROPOSED acquistion is excellent for the content landscape. We are THRILLED to collaborate with tpt global tech and VuMe to create a dynamic and comprehensive mobile content ecosystem across the Americas"

Oscar is saying this while giving up 60% of a 210milly organization for shares and potential. That speaks volumes!!

So who do we believe?? You or the CEO of the 210 milly company?? Who has seen VuMe (and yes, it apparently works!!) Lol StokMonkey/ABC
