Someone should’ve taken me up on the pizza. It was great. Sitting in Washington Square now enjoying a nice cup of coffee. Meeting went as expected. Yes, DBMM can be sued. They misled shareholders. They created false expectations. They most probably committed fraud. However, they frankly aren’t worth suing. They don’t have anything. I could go further and discover/expose the names of investor(s), and subpoena them, but why? The company is broke. Many of you will realize this in the next 100 days.
