Boris, Escrows are gone.They were issued only to receive WMIH/COOP shares from Disputed Equity Escrow.They collected individual's information thru ballots and those ballots had W-9 info from individual shareholders who signed releases.WMILT stated that they were maintaining all those ballots in a book-entry form and that is maintained by DTC or KCC,i am not sure.
Why did UWs took Class 19 position when they were to get Class 18?.
Why did WMILT kept RALTA private when the original agreement was public?.
Probably that RALTA stated about assets, procedures, timelines and distributions.Avoid any new claimants to those assets,IMO.
The people involved in this case are very brutal with no empathy.
