The conference took place between 4-30 and 5-4. Based off of the words, “was in the pipeline,” is it possible that the application has been submitted to the FDA and we don’t formally know it yet?

Is it also possible that this is why Les did not state FDA submission during his remarks on the Big Biz show but listed all of the other countries?

Are they reviewing 1.7 million pages for other agencies and not FDA because it has already been submitted?

On this board we are talking FDA submission is a long ways off, or at least not near term and likely last, which completely contradicts “approval in the near term” as stated by Tancredi, and overall context of footnote 3.
