You may be correct. We have no idea what the status of Clone 3 is because they haven't provided any info for years. The last we heard it was going through some kind of animal trials and was supposed to cure "ENZO" the monkey/chimp/etc... However, that was 2+ years ago and they haven't told us anything, so my interpretation is:

1. It was big success, cured ENZO, and they are now under NDA with somebody.
2. It was a failure and they had to go back to drawing board.

I'd like to believe that it's #1, and I do believe that clone 3 is part of an NDA, but that's just me. Doesn't really matter for ENZC though, as I believe we'll hear more about Clone 3 and/or they'll disclose something very positive with it once the SAGA deal is completed and BGEN (Clone 3) officially belongs to SAGA and no longer part of ENZC. Like I was saying the other day, I really hope I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure ENZC's days of of .10, .20, .30, .40, + etc... are long gone, and if/when any of the big news that we've all been holding for finally drops, it will do so under BGEN/SAGA.
