I do understand your point, but I would like for you to answer my questions directly if you can. Or, please tell me why, and for what purpose you think Footnote 3 was added?

I do agree that the footnotes will not change the alleged crimes in the original complaint. But I do believe the footnote was added to show some supporting evidence that DCVax-L will likely be approved by the FDA in the near term.

If you could answer my original questions, that would be helpful. Also, if you disagree with what I said, please tell me which part you disagree with , and why.
