I believe you, but it seems good news is material, too. Is this asymmetrical rule because of some SEC assumption that good news is the expected outcome of clinical trials or general corporate undertakings? Or because nobody loses money on good news? Or something else?

If Missling has all the data by now, and the trial failed, per SEC rules it had to have been disclosed. If the data is known and good, Missling can time it.
