Check this out. Almost every electronic device needs Lithium Batteries which use Graphite.

The inflation reduction act says a company has to use 80% of graphite from North America in order to sell their product here.

EV companies must source at least 50% of their battery components by value in the United States or allied countries beginning in 2024, a percentage that increases to 80% after 2026. By 2029, 100% of battery manufacturing must be in North America.

China produces 95% of Graphite, and uses hydroflouric acid..which is a huge no-no. Also their mined graphite is only 4% or so.

Canada has Graphite at 40%, and $TORVF can process that Graphite at a 90% savings.

SO, huge Battery Production companies are going to come to $TORVF for their Graphite.
