Traderfan...QMEI late filings, $4 share price expectation......

What's your take that they once again stopped filing reports, getting closer to being a problem with OTC markets if they don't file something within the next several weeks. Just ridiculous.

The late filings are definitely becoming concerning. When QMEI brought in Nezar Mashal as its CFO last year, I thought there would be more attention spent on making sure the filing obligations were done on a more timely basis. Unfortunately that has not been the case. I thought after watching the CEO's speech at the 10-year anniversary event earlier this year that maybe the company was focusing more on becoming fully-reporting and perhaps that would account to some extent for the delinquency on its OTC Markets filings. But if that were the case I would have semi-expected to see at least one SEC filing by now. I don't have any good guess as to what might happen here, at this point.

For what it is worth: A few days ago while doing some searches for items related to Quantum Metal I noticed a Tik Tok put out by Hj Che Rozmey on August 17. I'm not 100% sure but from what I can gather he appears to be a Malaysian marketing/influencer kind of guy. It is pretty clear that he seems to have access to QMEI's CEO from time to time. There are photos/videos of Rozmey with management people at QMEI and attending events related to Quantum Metal. Based on my interpretation of the closed captions on a Facebook repost of that Tik Tok, it appears that Rozmey spoke very recently with the CEO of QMEI, and the CEO continues to have an expectation of a $4 share price. In this Tik Tok, Rozmey uses the word "IPO"......
