Rosen sated that the litigating arm of the WMIL-T failed to pursue court action to retrieve asset values they believed were taken wrongfully....WMI had every opportunity to pursue court action, but failed..why, if, in your opinion the FDIC was the problem?.....read Hotchbergs report submitted to the court....its a different story than the link that you posted... Hotchberg basically says the outcome would not change if WMI had pursued their claims in court... Lodas
