You can't believe I'm around yet? Have another and then get to believing I am around. None of the other stocks I invested in have committed SEC fraud (and none have had "leadership" that proved to be so ineffective on so many levels). So there is plenty of incentive for me to post on TSOI and not so much for me to do the same elsewhere. Time is one thing. A stock that has lost 99% of its value, has no plausible, imminent catalysts, is a huge dilution machine and is hawked by silly people calling "Buy Alerts" each months as it continues to bleed out is another. Read the following very carefully and see if you can figure out what happened to P3.
"How is it that you/Ichim is making declarations like "we used stem cells that are in phase 3 fda clinical trials" as recently as 4/26/23? The purchase agreement with U of M that was announced on 3/25/22 has been defaulted on. According to Tim Dixon, the 1.8 M payment that was due was not paid and there was no intention of ever paying it as matters stood as of 2/23. Surely the purchase of the IND application which permitted TSOi to run the P3 clinical trial was rendered null and void when the terms of the purchase agreement were not fulfilled and TSOI did not make the payment (which it couldn't afford anyways). On 4/20/23, TSOl announced it had filed a application with the FDA. Typically, the FDA will respond to the application within 30 days. We've heard nothing. So, l am curious to know which P3 those TSOI cells are in? What am I missing?"
