I agree with one of the posters that CBAY is being played. At least they have some assets. The current PPS is ridiculous. I hope that it goes back to 4-5 cents range in next 2-3 weeks. There is so much negativity around, indicates to me that there are many people who wants the PPS to go down, and from a contrarion approach, it should be time to buy/hold.
