you sound dumb. how would they be able to buy all of the stock in the company eight now for .05? of they bought all the stock in the open market it would drive the pps up many multiples. doesn't work that way. Even the conversions are proced at nearly .09 and those investors are expecting a serious return at that price. you don't understand asset valuation or enterprise value. I would suspect that the company would not sell for am equivalent of less than .50 per share at least.
