I have little doubt that spoofing is common, but it's not coming from the MM's. Computerized buying problems run by Institutions have their place in the problem, and I believe in part it's because of trading at $.0001 increments. If you're a small trader, in most cases you're fine with buys and sells at penny, or even greater increments. Computerized trading dealing in far greater shares can profit on a fraction of a penny. If we eliminate the four digit, or greater, trading, and take it back to a penny, or even nickle spread, computerized trading wouldn't be at such an advantage, and perhaps most of the spoofing would disappear.

NWBO has certainly been a big target of this, but so are many others. What's really needed is not just SEC actions, but worldwide action as if something becomes illegal here, it will be moved to where it's legal. That fact is why an old broker friend of mine said so much is legal here, if it weren't, it would be legal somewhere, and businesses would move there. It was nice to see an individual may be serving time because of spoofing, but if it's computers that are doing it, can they be put in jail.
