I stopped reading after the first two BS paragraphs.

I’ve been investing for more than 55 years and I can see unnatural share price behavior. The law suit backs that up with evidence.

Real value creation is not equal to the daily share price. Period. Look at crypto, and look at the tulip craze before our time. Yes, fortunes can be made and lost gambling especially when the casino is rigged but that isn’t lasting value creation.
