September more shares will be issued--- maybe sooner.

No kidding. If one reads DTII's most recent 10K one finds that yes, more shares will be issued:

During the year ended April 30, 2023, the Company issued 1,023,626 shares of common stock for the conversion of 76,711 of convertible debt.
During the year ended April 30, 2023, the Company issued 292,119 shares of common stock for the conversion of 21,235 Series B preferred shares.
During the year ended April 30, 2023, the Company issued 79,766 shares of common stock for the conversion of 8 Series D preferred shares with a value of $8,288.

At April 30, 2023, we had total convertible notes payable of $319,767, net of discount. Several of the note agreements require repayment through conversion of principal and interest into shares of the Company's common stock.

Management plans to continue to provide for the Company's capital needs during the year ending April 30, 2023 by issuing debt and equity securities and by the continued support of its related parties.

We believe a related party and other lenders will provide sufficient funds to carry on general operations in the near term and fund PSSI’s production and sales. We expect to raise additional funds from the sale of securities, stockholder loans and convertible debt.

Interesting possible sales here:

We have signed three Distributorship Agreements. A distributor will get from 20% to 28.5% discount on Gross Sales but is required to purchase a minimum of 10 units at time of signing for a distributorship. General referrals will earn a 10% discount.

Still no proof, other than your opinion that DTII is a scam, that DTII is in insolvency, and that DTII has no sales from the past. What will you do when DTII has their long await sales and revenues?
