The Frederick National Lab is overseen by NCI and operated by Leidos Biomedical Research, Inc. It is interesting to note that both Lou Von Thaer, CEO of Battelle; and, Matthew Vaughn, Executive VP of Battelle have a career history with Leidos and both gentlemen sit on the board of AmplifyBio.
