BTW, Since this board’s average age seems to be fairly high. I find it amazing all the complaining about the upper management’s intent and whether or not they are doing right thing by the company (and it’s investors)? When one gets to their age (our age). It isn’t always all about the money (if their heads are in the right place, and I believe theirs are) it is about the legacy. I believe they are going (eventually) to leave one hell of a positive legacy.
