10 years back cybl did a couple reverse splits and then basically stayed triple zero to the last couple years when the rule changed and then they went up to six cents. Everybody piled in thinking good things and then up jump the devil CE which makes me think since 10 years back before the reverse splits they were in the 5 to 10 cents range back then they had some little postage stamp Warehouse with like four employees and when you went on their website it looked absolutely amazing it made you think that army Navy Air Force Marine Coast guard they were going to be a billion dollar company it's set in my account worth about 200 bucks until it jumped to 6 cents of course me and everyone else thought here we go they got it together but this could just be a big giant scam hard to tell based on their past performance I would have to say it's a scam
