Chicago's gangs have declared a cease fire Between 9AM & 9 PM!. The other 12 hours are mayhem as usual

Where in hell are the police? The National Guard, armed with M-16s ans stun guns?. In Chicago, it's mow up to Black gangs to try for 12 hours a day some semblance of peace and quiet?

How time have changed! The Watts Riots were finally stopped by the LAPD and 14,000 National Guardsmen, dispatched by Democrat Governor, Pat Brown. LAPD and the NG shot and killed 32 rioters. That was 32 taken out of the mayhem breeding pool.

But somethings have not changed. The Watts Riots, with 32 deaths and $40 million. in 1965 dollars, started with a Black man resisting arrest, for DWI!.
