To announce the reverse merger candidate they need more liquidity


To announce the reverse merger GVSI needs to comply with FINRA Rule 6490 and it can't because Sharp already said abandoned getting GVSI's books audited to file the missing financials from 2008 - 2013. They are still missing and will get in the way of any corporate actions GVSI might want to make.
